> The programs are purchased under a "site licence" for use by an unlimited number of staff and students in the purchasing institution. Distribution to individuals or organisations outwith the purchasing institution is prohibited.
> The right is reserved to check that the licence under which programs are purchased has not been infringed. If the terms under which the programs were purchased have been broken, then legal proceedings will be pursued.
> The programs are purchased "as is".
> No warranties are given or implied.
> No liability can be accepted for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the programs.

Delivery

> Upon receipt of order, the purchaser - either individual or organisation - shall be invoiced.
> For the UK, payment is by cheque, BACs or PayPal. For non-UK orders, payment can be via PayPal or direct transfer of funds. Please contact for more details.
> Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
> Software plus supporting documentation is sent via email after receipt of payment.
> A Site licence certificate is also sent to act as proof of purchase.
