MOVIE
The same movie of the sale halls before the sale started is available in three different formats.
Try the Streamed Movie first.

Streamed Movie
Quicktime Movie (.mp4 file, 6.7MB)
Windows Media/Real Player Movie (.mpg file, 8.5MB)

If you experience problems with the streamed movie, then download one of the other movie formats of your choice.
The Quicktime movie (.mp4 file) is for Quicktime Player (Macs or Windows PCs) whilst the .mpg file is for Windows Media Player or Real Player (for Windows PCs).

MOVIE MUSIC The background music to the movie is a track called "Living in the Family", © 2006 The Xtras. The Xtras are a local Edinburgh band. Visit their website for more information and buy their CD album "A Doll's House" for only £5.

AUDIO Alice and Elaine were interviewed by local Radio Forth 1 and you can hear what they had to say by clicking on their names!

The cuddly toys...	...Dopey, Pooh and friends...	...and a toy plane.
Queuing started early...	..and went round the church..	...and Jo Jingle entertained.
	Rain didn't stop play.
The toy zone is busy...	...as is the clothes hall...	...and the tills work flat out.

In the space of 2 hours, over 3400 items were sold!

The organisers would like to thank everyone for helping make the sale day such a great success.

Once again the marquees came to the rescue (especially as it was a wet and windy day!) Nevil, Simon P, Ross, Mike, Nigel, Dom, Simon I, Ron and Richard put them up and took them down in record time. Without these dutiful husbands, where would the sale be, I ask you?! Yup, you can guess that this website is made by one of them....! :)
