MOVIE
The same movie featuring time-lapse filming during the sale is available in three different formats.
Try the Streamed Movie first.

Streamed Movie
Quicktime Movie (.mp4 file, 3.4MB)
Windows Media/Real Player Movie (.mpg file, 5.5MB)

If you experience problems with the streamed movie, then download one of the other movie formats of your choice:
The Quicktime movie (.mp4 file) is for Quicktime Player (Macs or Windows PCs) whilst the .mpg file is for Windows Media Player or Real Player (for Windows PCs).
To download any of these players, click the relevant link.

If any of the Movies fail to play, then please let us know by clicking here.

MOVIE MUSIC
The background music to the movie is a track called "Clouds or Smoke", by Derek K Miller, used under the Creative Commons Licence.

IMAGES
The images below were captured before the sale began on Sat 21st April 2007.

There was the usual wide range of quality toys, clothes and equipment all happy to be sold.

Before the sale started, the queue wound around the Church and over the bridge - this has never happened before!

In the space of 2 hours, over 3200 items were sold.

The organisers would like to thank everyone for helping make the sale day such a great success.

Without all the helpers (pictured left) the sale could simply not happen!

It must also be mentioned that without the Dads to put up and take down the marquees, the sale would not enjoy its current level of success!
Thanks go to Nevil H, Gordon M, Richard H, Simon I, Ross W, John M, Mike A, Ron M and Dom. To fully recognise their contribution follow the links below for a movie of the marquees going up .... and coming down again! Over 2 hours of labour compressed into 40 seconds of blistering footage .... grab those poles boys!

Streamed Movie
Quicktime Movie (.mp4 file, 1.6MB)
Windows Media/Real Player Movie (.mpg file, 1.6MB)

The background music to the movie is a track called "Business Jive", by Derek K Miller, used under the Creative Commons Licence.
